We have used United Heating and Air since we started building homes in 1989. They have always stood behind their work and are concerned about the quality of the job they perform. Having a 24 hour on call technician to respond to problems when they occur has been a comforting factor for our customers. They are always professional and courteous when dealing with the the homeowners. It ‘s been almost a year since your company installed my new Goodman heat pump and Marathon hot water heater. Both have been operating flawlessly and I am showing substantial savings on my electric bill compared to my old heat pump. The installation went well and your installers were very professional. I wanted to take this time to let you know how pleased I was with this crew’s performance in installing our HVAC system yesterday. They all were very courteous all during the day, even in this hot weather.

I had a problem, a gas line crack in the slab on one of my rental houses that I was in the process of selling. I called Terry and he and his experts had the problem fixed the next day, while at the same time coordinating with City Inspectors as they are expected to do. This is not the first time I have had this type of emergency.
